Your thinking belongs to you.
20/20 Vision Productions LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Dallas, runs this site. We collect what the site needs to work and nothing to sell. Questions and requests: Jeffrey.Oyeneye@2020visionproductions.com.
What we collect
Your email address and the display name you choose, to sign you in and show who posted. Your lesson progress. What you post in the community (threads, replies and likes). If you add them, your profile photo, bio and links, which anyone can see on your member page. Purchase records from Stripe: which course you bought and a Stripe customer number. If you send the Start a project form: your name, email, phone (optional), company, the services, budget, dates, location and details you enter, and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam. Basic request logs kept for a short time by our host to keep the site running and stop abuse.
What we never collect
Your card number: Stripe handles payment on its own hosted page and we never see it. There are no analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this site. We do not sell or rent your information or share it for advertising.
Why we use it
To run your account, the courses and the community; to take payments and give you access to what you bought; to reply to project inquiries and coaching bookings; to email you about your account and purchases, and when someone replies to your thread (you can turn those emails off with the link in each one or on your account page); to keep the site safe from spam and abuse; and to keep the records tax and accounting law require. We only email you about things you asked for.
Who helps us run it
Each company handles information only for its own job: Supabase (accounts, sign-in, community, progress and project inquiries), Stripe (payments and receipts), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending emails such as sign-in links and inquiry notices), GitHub (delivering source-code downloads to buyers), Cal.com and Google (coaching and discovery-call bookings and Google Meet calls), and YouTube (lesson and portfolio videos). Their own privacy terms apply to what they handle.
The community
Threads, replies, likes and your public profile are visible to other visitors in the spaces you post in; course rooms are visible only to people who bought that course. If you report a post, the report and your account are seen only by the founder, who uses it to moderate. The founder can remove posts and suspend accounts that break the community rules.
Videos
Videos on the Work page load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; until then no YouTube code or cookie is loaded. Recorded lessons play through YouTube’s player once you open a lesson.
In your browser
Pins, saved notes, chapter notes and drafts stay in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us. You can export them from your account. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them. Sign-in keeps a session in your browser so you stay signed in.
How long we keep it
Account, progress and community data: while your account exists. Project inquiries: up to two years after our last contact. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires (usually seven years). When you delete your account, we remove your profile and posts within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information at any time by emailing Jeffrey.Oyeneye@2020visionproductions.com. We answer within 30 days. You can stop non-essential emails with the link in any of them.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we tell signed-in members by email before it takes effect.
